About Tom Ruotolo
Holy Spirit Transformation Coaching
Tom attended college at UNC-Chapel Hill and made the varsity tennis team as a walk-on Freshman. His sophomore year, he was radically saved and walked away from a tennis scholarship so that he could spend as much time as possible telling others about the amazing love of God found in Jesus Christ! He went on to graduate from UNC and then Columbia International University with a Masters of Divinity and Certificate in Counseling. Tom moved back to his hometown in CT where he started Shoreline Christian Counseling, a ministry which grew to be one of the largest Christian Counseling Centers in New England.
At the same time, Tom pastored for 18 years and was instrumental in two church plants. In 2000, Tom came alongside Randy Clark and Global Awakening to plan and lead 39 international trips to 12 different countries. In 2006, Tom worked with Randy to begin the Global School of Supernatural Ministry and also served as its Director its first year.
Tom’s undying passion to see the body of Christ become more effective in reaching the lost propelled him to start Power and Love Ministries in 2007. From 2008 to 2019, he planned and carried out 116 Power and Love 4 day events around the world, training up tens of thousands in a lifestyle of power evangelism. In 2016, Tom merged Power and Love Ministries with Lifestyle Christianity, the ministry of Todd White. During this time Tom worked with Todd to purchase a 13 million- dollar training center and begin what is now Lifestyle Christianity University and LCU Online.
Currently, Tom is the founder and President of City Quake, a ministry that comes alongside to consult with churches and ministries to help them articulate their vision and sharpen their execution. The Lord has downloaded to Tom a “next step” that takes all of the ingredients of a “Power and Love like” event and then multiplies it in a city over a two month campaign.
Tom lives just outside of Dallas with his wife Heidi. He has 6 wonderful daughters and 6 grandchildren.

How we will get there
Personalized one on one coaching with Tom Ruotolo
- 3 hour initial session (Two – 1 ½ hour sessions) at the beginning of your coaching year
- 9 hours per year to be used monthly in your choice of 30, 60 or 90 min increments (unused time does not carry over to following year)
- Every three weeks Intensive small group 75 min coaching (zoom calls)
- Special guest presenters weigh in on a variety of topics
- Encouragement, Challenge and Accountability for life transformation goals you set and implement at your pace
Two (Fall and Spring) 2 day intensives for you and your spouse along with the other like-minded entrepreneurs in our group (travel, hotel and meals at your expense)
Emphasis will be placed on strengthening weak areas that are limiting your growth and impact; No area of life is off the table unless you take it off the table
